Their philosophy is simple and great at the same time: touch the wine as little as possible, intervene as little as possible on the natural course of wine life... The respect for the grapes is their lead: they squeeze Trebbiano with feet, as all Italian wine makers used to do in the past, they let the wine age in glass-cement silos, as tradition requires. The wines speak for themselves, stubborn, honest but elegant and complex at the same time. A real Italian wine experience for wine passionate!

5 Un immersione nel relax (Enrico)Siamo arrivati nella cantina Uma Casanatura per caso : avevamo un pomeriggio e poco tempo, e la cantina è a 1 h di auto da casa nostra. Alberto ci ha accolto con molta professionalità ma al tempo stesso ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Ci ha mostrato la cantina, i terreni, i vari tipi di uve.. Abbiamo degustato i vini con le sue spiegazioni, molto dettagliate ma anche molto semplici per chi come noi è un amante del vino "ignorante". Ci ha preparato un aperitivo con prodotti (salumi e formaggi) locali, e pane e olio della tenuta. Tutto buonissimo! Ci torneremo con degli amici per fare un buon aperitivo!

Raccomando assolutamente i loro vini. Rapport qualita/prezzo davero incredibile. La qualita del vino in Bag in Box è anche da sottolieare. I really recommand you to taste their wine. The ratio quality/price is really incredible. The quality of the wine which is packaged in Bag in Box is also to emphasize.
