Antonio Dellabianca

Located in the picturesque commune of Pietra dè Giorgi, nestled in the central hills of Oltrepò Pavese, Dellabianca’s farm is a winery with a rich history dating back to the 1800s. The estate, sitting at approximately 311 meters above sea level, has been lovingly cultivated by three generations of the Dellabianca family. It all began with Grandfather Ernesto, whose passion for viticulture was passed down to his son Nino, and now to his grandson Antonio. The winery is dedicated to the art of single vine cultivation (mono-cropping), a practice well-suited to the clayey and limey terroir of the region. This unique soil composition provides an ideal environment for producing wines with character and depth. Visitors to Dellabianca’s farm can experience the legacy of this historic winery, where tradition and a deep connection to the land are at the heart of every bottle.

At Dellabianca, our wines are crafted with a perfect blend of traditional methods and modern technology, ensuring that each bottle reflects the essence of our terroir. The basic wines undergo aging in traditional tanks made of cement, fiberglass, and stainless steel, which helps preserve their natural freshness and character.
