Arret Wines is a boutique winery nestled in the picturesque region of Lower Carniola, in Šentjernej, Slovenia. Owned and passionately operated by the dynamic duo, Rok and Maja, our winery is a labor of love where every bottle tells a story of dedication and craftsmanship. From the very beginning, our vision has been clear: to produce world-class wines that not only reflect the unique terroir of our region but also offer a personal and memorable experience to every visitor.

Our vineyards have been carefully replanted with selected clones of Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Welschriesling, Blaufränkisch, Kraljevina, Pinot Noir, and Žametna črnina, each chosen for their ability to express the character of our land. At Arret Wines, our philosophy is simple yet profound: our wines are a true reflection of who we are, what we cherish, and the values we hold dear. TIK TAL: An elegant and fruity white cuvée, TIK TAL is a blend that showcases the harmonious balance of our carefully selected white grape varieties. It’s a wine that embodies freshness and sophistication.

GAUNAR: Our aromatic and semi-sweet Gewürztraminer, GAUNAR, is a wine that delights the senses with its rich bouquet and vibrant character. Perfect for those who appreciate a touch of sweetness in their glass.

FRAJLA: A deep, opaque blue Blaufränkisch, FRAJLA is known for its soft tannins and bold flavor profile. This red wine is both powerful and approachable, making it a favorite among red wine lovers.

Cviček PTP (MANGUP and ROOSTER RUN): Cviček is an indigenous specialty of Lower Carniola, and our versions, MANGUP and ROOSTER RUN, are faithful to the tradition that has defined this region for centuries. These wines are a unique blend of red and white grapes, resulting in a light, refreshing, and slightly tart wine that is truly distinctive.
