The philosophy that has always accompanied Tiziano’s visions is oriented towards the creation of an innovative, unique, niche product. The location of the vineyards is considerably facilitated: the southern exposure and the presence of a predominantly clay-moraine substrate affect the organoleptic characteristics of the wine, therefore bestowing it a particular structure, while the presence of acacia trees at the edge of the vineyards infuses the particular scent and sweet taste characteristic of their bloom. Brutell winery is divided into three rooms, connected to each other. In the widest area there are stainless steel casks having various capacities, the wine press and barriques for fermentation and aging, selected with the utmost care among the finest French wood and the best possible features to enhance one of the most important and interesting relation with wine. Just after that, there is the area for winemaking, bottling, tirage, disgorging and labelling. Finally, at controlled temperature and humidity and kept in the dark, the large room that contains the pupitres and the bottles of our wines, strictly stored divided according to varieties and vintages.
