Luca Archetti founded Azienda Agricola Il Dosso in 1997 realizing the dream of his father Augusto, who died in 1990. Luca is permeated by the idea of an indissoluble relationship which must link the land to its fruits, that is Franciacorta to its wines. He does not understand, therefore, the attempts of the local viticulture to emulate the French, as for bubbles, or the Tuscans for reds. His inspiring thought is to refuse "corrections" in the cellar, as opposed to an almost maniacal care of the vineyard: the "terroir" must be freely expressed and must identify the wine, far from being homogeneous to hundreds of other products equal to themselves until boredom, whose main characteristic is to be sellable. Archetti will probably never become rich with this activity, but he certainly has a precise identity in the Franciacorta wine production that much bigger companies may have difficulty in finding. Six hectares of vineyards, for a potential annual production of 30,000 bottles. In the land of bubbles, Archetti without any qualms has chosen to privilege red wines, which make up more than three quarters of the wines produced. On the other hand the available vineyards, both for the exposure and for the mineral composition, are particularly suited for red grapes.

The Ricci Curbastro family, with a deep agricultural tradition dating back to the 13th century, manages farm estates in Lugo di Romagna, Rontana di Brisighella, and the renowned Franciacorta region in Capriolo. Spanning 32 hectares, 27.5 of which are dedicated to vineyards, the estate adheres to the rigorous standards of the Franciacorta Wine Consortium. Within the estate, Villa Evelina houses an underground wine cellar for fermenting and aging Franciacorta DOCG wines, alongside the Ricci Curbastro Agriculture and Wine Museum, which showcases centuries of agricultural history.

Our farm, guarded by a centuries-old mulberry tree, spans five hectares on the morainic hills of Lake Garda. We believe in the potential of these silt-clay soils, expressing their purity in our artisanal wines. Our work honors the traditions and efforts of those before us, rooted in sustainable and manual practices. Every step in our small production, limited to just 8,000 bottles, is carried out by hand, reflecting our commitment to respecting the land and its ecosystem.   An ancient mulberry tree is the silent guardian of five hectares of vineyards.  It witnesses our venture on the moraine hills on the lower Lake Garda. Cantina Monchieri, founded in 2008 by Gian Mario Monchieri and his wife Silvia, is situated in the Camonica Valley, at the foot of the Concarena mountain. The winery is guided by values of respect, protection, and enhancement of the land, which are deeply rooted in the family’s philosophy. The winery was designed to minimize its environmental impact, with the building almost entirely underground and built using local materials such as wood and stone. Additionally, the winery is self-sufficient in terms of energy and features a rainwater recycling system, further reflecting the Monchieri family’s commitment to sustainability and environmental protection. Cultivar delle Volte is a historic winery located in Piamborno, Vallecamonica, a region with a long-standing tradition of winemaking. The Bignotti family now manages the estate, which traces its roots back to the early 20th century when Maffeo Gheza pioneered wine production in the area. With vineyards nestled along the ancient Volte street, including the original vineyard near the family home, the winery upholds the values of hard work, tradition, and biodiversity. Cantina Pietta was established in the early 1960s in the Valtènesi region, specifically in Castrezzone di Muscoline, on the hills west of Lake Garda. The winery has been committed to organic farming since its inception, thoughtfully embracing technology. The first Chardonnay vineyard was planted in 1974, and by 2020, the estate expanded to include 14 labels over 7 hectares of vines, producing more than 20,000 bottles annually. Proudly rooted in Valtènesi, the Pietta family manages the winery with deep love and passion for the land. As a member of the Italian Federation of Independent Winemakers (FIVI), Cantina Pietta oversees the entire production process, from the vineyard to the bottle, ensuring that only their own organically grown grapes are used.

Pietraluce is a family-run winery established in 2018 by the Savoldi family, located in Franciacorta, Italy's renowned region for traditional method sparkling wines. Our name, "Pietraluce," symbolizes our dedication: "Pietra" for the precious earth we nurture, and "Luce" for the brilliance reflected in every glass of our wine.

La produzione annua dell’azienda è di circa 150mila bottiglie.

The Negri family has been dedicated to winemaking since 1870, with a legacy that has evolved over generations. In 1970, the family began producing all of its grapes on their estate, La Guarda, located in Castrezzone di Muscoline, on the Brescia shore of Lake Garda. The estate spans 20 hectares between two hills, rising from 320 to 370 meters, and includes 2.5 hectares dedicated to olive cultivation. With stony, alluvial soil, a dry climate, and steady winds, the area is considered by experts as one of the best for producing high-quality wines. Today, La Guarda is a family-run business led by Angelo Negri and his son Luigi, who combine traditional methods with modern viticultural and enological innovations. The estate is a proud member of the "Classical Garda DOC Wines" union, and their passion for quality extends beyond wine to include olive oil, vinegar, and wine jelly.
