Ho fatto una degustazione in cantina con amici. Siamo stati accolti benissimo, con molta gentilezza e professionalità. È un' azienda giovane con molta voglia di fare. Vini buoni soprattutto il pignoletto frizzante, ma questo è un mio gusto personale. Il tutto accompagnato da ottimi prodotti. I prezzi delle bottiglie sono competitivi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Pomeriggio rilassante in ottimo contesto.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der schönsten Herbstsonne. Nette Gespräche mit den anderen Gästen, eine gute Führung und ein beeindruckend junges Team des Weinguts. Die Weine haben uns natürlich auch sehr gut geschmeckt, vor allem sehr passend zu den gereichten Beilagen. Insgesamt würden wir jederzeit wieder aus Bologna anreisen um das nette Gut besuchen uu können.

Abbiamo passato un bellissimo pomeriggio in super relax. Location bellissima vicino al Castello di Serravalle con un panorama favoloso sui colli. La passeggiata in vigna e la degustazione all’aperto una bomba, professionale ma non troppo formale sembrava di essere a casa.

Really enjoyed our tasting. The view was beautiful, the wines were so tasty, and the snacks with them were perfect. Stephanie (spelling??) was a great hostess and made us feel welcome.

Ho ricevuto questa degustazione in regalo per il mio compleanno, e ho deciso di andare col mio ragazzo sabato 18 ottobre. Che dire, regalo giustissimo! Siamo stati accolti da un paesaggio ricco dei colori dell’autunno e una ragazza ci ha raccontato brevemente la storia del vigneto e dell’azienda, poi ci ha fatto accomodare in un bel tavolino proprio accanto alle viti, e abbiamo degustato 3 Barbera locali accompagnati da tigelle integrali fatte col loro grano e salumi tipici. Torneremo sicuramente e porteremo anche degli amici per fare conoscere questa bella realtà, grazie mille!

We had a great visit at Alessandro Fedrizzi's winery.
Passionate people that do not come from longterm family heritage but started from scratch and are building their wines step by step. Honest, pure and passionate are the three words that describe it best.
The experience is the tasting. If possible add some local salami and cheese as well but for us the enthusiasm of the lady explaining everything was the surplus even if it were busy times for them end of September.

Bellissima esperienza di degustazione!

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l’atmosfera familiare e l’incantevole paesaggio che circonda la cantina. Purtroppo la pioggia ci ha impedito di fare il giro tra le vigne, ma non ha rovinato il piacere della visita.

Una signora molto gentile ci ha fatto assaggiare diversi vini: tutti eccellenti! Il tutto accompagnato da specialità locali davvero gustose. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo. Consigliatissimo!
Sarebbe molto utile avere sul tavolo un piccolo foglio con l’elenco dei vini degustati, una breve descrizione e il relativo prezzo. Questo aiuterebbe a ricordare meglio le caratteristiche di ciascun vino e faciliterebbe la scelta finale al termine della degustazione.

Torre Ca' Bianca, located in the Colli Bolognesi region of Emilia-Romagna, represents a modern approach to winemaking deeply rooted in tradition.

Founded by Alessandro Fedrizzi, who began his journey into viticulture at a young age, the winery is a testament to his passion and dedication. Alessandro, along with his family, manages vineyards spread across Valsamoggia and Zola Predosa, specializing in sustainable, organic farming practices. Starting with just 4 hectares of vineyards at Castello di Serravalle, today Alessandro farms over 30 hectares of vineyard, including an award winning Barbera parcel adjacent to a medieval village, Fedrizzi Vini produces distinctive wines that capture the essence of the region. Torre Ca' Bianca is renowned for its expressive sparkling wines, particularly for Pignoletto from Grechetto Gentile grapes, red and white wines. These wines are carefully crafted, reflecting the vibrant spirit of Emilia-Romagna. The Pignoletto Superiore, exclusively sourced from the Castello di Serravalle vineyard, epitomizes the winery's dedication to quality.

The reds, including the Serravalle Barbera Riserva 2021, are fresh and approachable, with the Barbera Riserva marking a new chapter for the winery by offering a full-bodied experience with rich structure and complexity. The estate's vineyard portfolio includes 4 hectares of old vines near the medieval walls of Castello di Serravalle. The remaining vineyards are spread across Bologna hills, including a plot at higher altitude in Vergato, that allows a slower ripening for our red viarietals.

Torre Ca' Bianca Pignoletto Frizzante DOCG Colli Bolognesi is a standout sparkling wine, characterized by its golden yellow hue and aromas of ripe fruit and fresh spring flowers, making it an ideal pairing with traditional dishes like tortellini in broth. The reds, including the Serravalle Barbera Riserva 2021, offer a fresh and modern approach, with a focus on balance and harmony. The winery’s innovative spirit is also evident in its recent plantings of resistant Johanniter and Bronner vines, as well as its experimentation with a new Bianco Bologna and classic method Pinot Noir.
