Società Agricola Le Manzane is situated in San Pietro di Feletto, nestled between the Dolomites and Venice, in the heart of the Prosecco Superiore Hills — a region recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site on July 7, 2019. This hilly area in the province of Treviso is renowned for its unique geological and microclimatic conditions, which contribute to the production of high-quality wines that satisfy even the most refined palates.

The winery is a family affair, led by Ernesto Balbinot and his wife Silvana, along with his mother Elsa, father Osvaldo, who is the founder of the Balbinot family’s winemaking tradition, and their children Marco and Anna. The name "Le Manzane" comes from the location of the main vineyards, situated between Tarzo and Conegliano in an area called Manzana. This hilly strip of morainic origin, with its fertile soil resulting from the Würmian glaciation, is ideally suited for viticulture.

In 2022, Le Manzane expanded its operations by acquiring an additional 8-hectare estate with rustic buildings, which are currently being renovated for hospitality purposes. This estate is not only home to Glera vineyards but also to newly planted Pinot Noir and Incrocio Manzoni, to broaden their range of still wines. The total vineyard area now spans 82 hectares.

Le Manzane employs a state-of-the-art production facility hidden within a hill, following an extensive environmental redevelopment. The winery utilizes modern techniques such as thermovinification, temperature-controlled storage, and automatic bottling to preserve the wine's natural quality and freshness. In recent years, Ernesto Balbinot has further modernized the winery to meet customer demands and enhance the product's image, embodying the Italian style.
