Nicola Di Sipio founded Di Sipio Winery in Ripa Teatina, Chieti, fulfilling his lifelong dream of producing wine on the very land where his father once worked. Established in the early 2000s, the winery spans 70 hectares overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Nicola's passion for viticulture and dedication to continuous improvement are central to the winery's success. In 2017, he was honored with the prestigious Cavaliere del Lavoro award for his contribution to Italian industry. Di Sipio wines reflect elegance, family heritage, and commitment to excellence.
At Di Sipio Winery, both native (Montepulciano, Trebbiano, Pecorino, Falanghina) and international grapes (Pinot Noir, Riesling) are grown in an uncontaminated environment. The vineyards are managed by skilled agronomists and winemakers, ensuring that from the land to the labeling, the wines capture the elegance and traditional aromas of the region. This careful attention to detail highlights the winery's commitment to producing high-quality wines that reflect both local tradition and global excellence.
