Bellissima esperienza…
Qualche goccino di vino in più e qualche stuzzichini sarebbero stati molto graditi.

Assaggiare i vini di Bolgheri
Magari due fettine di pane in più non avrebbero stonato.

About Winery and Wines
Villanoviana was born from a passion for fine wine and a deep respect for the Tuscan land. Founded by Marco Belli and Barbara Monacelli in 2006, the winery is located in the heart of the Bolgheri Appellation, known for its exceptional terroir. The 6-hectare vineyard is cultivated using natural practices, including the Bokashi method, to enhance soil health and plant resilience. The winery’s commitment to sustainability is evident in both the vineyard and the cellar, where organic methods and modern technology are employed to produce authentic Bolgheri wines
Villanoviana produces six labels that capture the essence of the Bolgheri terroir, including Teia (Vermentino Bolgheri DOC), Imeneo (Bolgheri DOC Rosso), and Sant'Uberto (Bolgheri DOC Superiore). These wines reflect the mineral character and crisp acidity imparted by the proximity to the sea and the ideal sun exposure. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled concrete vessels, preserving the natural flavors and aromas of the grapes. The wines are then aged in French oak barrels, ensuring a balanced and refined final product.
