Baglio Assuli Winery is an extraordinary place: a traditional Sicilian Baglio surrounded by vineyards, creating a breathtaking panorama, immersed deeply in nature, far from the city's noise.

The winemaking tradition of Assuli is deeply rooted in the history of Sicily. 130 hectares of property, 100% organic high-level wines that celebrate the authenticity of the local terroir. In the westernmost part of the island, ASSULI, meaning "At the Sun", combines tradition and innovation in a magical place.

The path of research for excellence undertaken long ago is faithful to the valorization of native grapes with great attention to Nero D’Avola,Grillo, Perricone, Zibibbo, and Catarratto, among all. Organic cultivation further underlines the choice to pursue a sustainable development model, based on the principles of safeguarding and valorizing resources and respect for the environment and health. The grapes are grown without the use of synthetic chemical agents in the vineyards, while in the cellar, the vinification takes place according to the parameters allowed by the regulation, to guarantee authenticity and naturalness.
