I was roaming around online looking for a place to watch the eclipse when I came across someone suggesting Blue Sky Vineyard to another person. It was only 2½ hours from my home so I googled and thought it looked nice, plus they weren't charging to park there. I had never heard of them until then. We decided to go and Blue Sky Vineyard did not disappoint! We absolutely enjoyed our time there.

We stayed in the Blue Sky Suite and had a wonderful time. The ambiance is stellar (including the live music we enjoyed on Saturday afternoon). The wine selection is vast and tasty, the food is great (especially the pot pie), and the suite is gorgeous! Most importantly, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend a stay at Blue Sky Vineyards to anyone interested in a weekend getaway.

My husband and I spent two glorious nights at the winery. We enjoyed the tour of the process of winemaking and the breathtaking views. After closing we had the place to ourselves, as we visited during the week in mid September. We were enjoying a belated week long trip for our anniversary and it will be a memory we will not forget.We have already discussed when to return for another stay. We have nothing negative to say. Wine was great and they do have a great selection of items to go with the wine, such as smoked sausages, cheese, crackers, etc. You will NOT be sorry you took the time to spend it with them, whether it be for a day or overnight.

Awesome atmosphere and really nice grounds and buildings. We tried a few wines and had some fresh baked bread. Would like to come back and spend the afternoon here without kids! Definitely recommend.

About Winery and Wines
With the grapes planted and the winemaking underway, our family turned their sights toward the winery itself. Nancy Karen Brian, Chairman of the Department of Design at California State University, Fresno, designed the Tuscan inspired Blue Sky Winery. After years of dedication and attention to every detail we opened our doors to the world on July 4th, 2005. Ever since then, we have continually strived to create a place of great tranquility. As the photos in our gallery will attest, this marvelous location is ideal for weddings, receptions, and romantic getaways.
