We really enjoyed the tour through the vineyards, guided by the Son Juan of the family who addressed us in English.
Hard work is done by Elena, Diego and Juan to guarantee good quality of their wines .
The winetasting was accompanied with many nice tapas. And we tasted 5 different wines of excellent quality.
The family was very friendly and welcomed us with a smile and answered all our questions.
We can recommend this tour highly and we carry a warm heart to the family.

About Winery and Wines

Bodegas Manilva is a familiar and traditional winery, with our own vineyard with vines that are 80 years old and beautiful sea views. We have two wineries, one for production and the other for ageing and tasting. We are the third generation of our famliy working on the same vineyard.

Bodegas Manilva produces 4 different wines.

Kalma: dry white wine, made with muscat of Alexandria and D.O. Sierras de Málaga.
Kalma Rosé: dry rosé wine, made with white and red grenache and D.O. Sierras de Málaga.
Kalma Organic: semi-sweet organic white wine, made with muscat of Alexandria and D.O. Málaga.
Pampanito: sweet wine with 2 years of ageing, made with muscat of Alexandria and D.O. Málaga.

All of the 4 wines are part of the group "Sabor a Málaga".
