Cantina Mulleri
About the Winery
Wine is a living story that echoes the past. The grandfather cultivated the vineyard, as did the grandfather's grandfather. Today, following in the footsteps of tradition, Cantina Mulleri continues this legacy — one rooted in memory, the strength of the land, and the timeless stories of Sardinia, an ancient and blessed island.
Sardinia, homeland of Carignano and Vermentino grapes, offers vineyards on Sant’Antioco that still grow on ungrafted rootstock. These grapes are crafted with tradition and passion, linking wine, land, culture, and heritage. The island is a place rich in history and art, of skilled woodworkers, artists, and writers who have left their mark on the world. This connection is the foundation of Cantina Mulleri’s vision.
“No, not even wine could ease the pain of those memories. Yet he took the glass and drank, weeping. Yes, everything was ash: life, death, man; even destiny itself that gave rise to it. He remembered that within the ashes often glows a spark—the seed of a bright and purifying flame—and he hoped, and he loved life once again.”
About the Wines
The names of the wines produced by Cantina Mulleri were intentionally chosen to pay tribute to the Sardinian writer Grazia Deledda, who won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1926 with her novel Cenere, shedding light on Sardinian culture for the world to see.
To further celebrate the island’s traditions, Cantina Mulleri incorporates artisanal elements into its packaging: textiles from Suni decorate the products, wood from Orani is used to house the bottles, and cork from Berchidda protects the aromas carefully sealed within. These materials, each steeped in Sardinian craftsmanship, form an artistic complement to the wines themselves.
The wine collection includes Cenere, Chiaroscuro, Chiaroscuro IGT Orange, Deserto, Diavolo Cervo, Incendio, Soffio, Vino Bianco Macerato Vigna Vecchia Giaffa’, and Vino Bianco Orange Sui Lieviti.

Simply amazing
Honestly do whatever is possible for your price point, we took the most expensive package and thought it very much worth it but if you are only lightly interested in wine, take a smaller package but still make the effort to go.
