About Winery and Wines

Founded in 2010, Quattrocieli is a young Sicilian winery dedicated to crafting wines that seamlessly blend modernity with tradition. The wines reflect deeply rooted family values, honed over generations of passionate grape cultivation and unwavering respect for the land.

Quattrocieli produces organic wines, avoiding pesticides, artificial fertilizers, and herbicides, ensuring a sustainable and authentic approach. Native yeasts and meticulous attention to every detail allow the creation of wines that capture the vibrant colors, aromas, and flavors of Sicily, offering a genuine taste of the island's heritage.

At Quattrocieli, the wines are produced following a strictly organic regime, selecting native grape varieties that best express and adapt to our land. The estate's portfolio includes:

Catarratto: An organic white wine produced as it was in the past, with each bunch picked by hand, selecting the best grapes. All processes are carried out with great care to produce a very drinkable wine with mellow aromas.

Insolia: An organic white wine with an intense, enveloping bouquet. Among the oldest native grapes on the island, Insolia exceptionally expresses the land. Careful vinification techniques lend the wine extraordinary intensity and freshness.

Nero d'Avola: An organic red wine that embodies the rich heritage of Sicilian winemaking, offering robust flavors and a deep connection to our terroir.

Syrah: An organic red wine that, while not native, has adapted well to our land, producing wines with distinctive character and depth.
