About the Winery

Our motto, "The quality comes from the vineyard," reflects our belief that exceptional wine begins with great grapes. We apply the same care and professionalism in our vineyards as we do in our winery. Located in the hilly regions of San Ginesio and Ripe San Ginesio, our vineyards are managed by Fabrizio Baleani, an experienced agronomist and oenologist with over 20 years in viticulture and winemaking.

About the Wines

Our portfolio includes a variety of wines: Carpentano (San Ginesio DOC, Sangiovese and Vernaccia Nera), Brugiano (Rosso Piceno DOC, Sangiovese and Montepulciano), Bertonaia (Marche IGT, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot), Passerina (Marche IGT, Passerina grape), and Arenario (Marche IGT, Trebbiano and Maceratino). We also produce sparkling wines like Vernà and Vernanera (San Ginesio DOC), and unique products like Picenum (Vino Cotto) and Sapa (a non-alcoholic cooked must used as a condiment).

A wonderful wines degustations

A wonderful visit to the winery. Maurizio gave us a tour of the production facility, explained the specifics of making Sapa and Vino Cotto, shared insights into the region's history and winemaking, and led a wine tasting. The atmosphere was lovely, the wines were amazing, and we enjoyed excellent local products and attentive service from Maurizio’s wife. We left with several cases of wine. Our favorites were the red sparkling wine Vernà and Vino Cotto.

Excellent tasting

Very interesting experience, tasting of 4 wines plus 1 vino cotto. The friendliness and helpfulness of the owner in presenting the wine selection to us and in taking us on a small cellar tour while describing the details of the winemaking process. All accompanied by excellent local products. Recommended.

Pleasant experience. Good selection of wines with tables among the vineyard rows

The place is simple, but pleasant. You taste 7 wines with appetizers. The tables are set among the rows. The dinner is very simple and based on an aperitif buffet.

An experience to remember

Wonderful atmosphere.
Very kind and professional staff, yet at the same time down-to-earth to make us feel at home.
They were also thoughtful enough to give us a table for two, being a couple. Every detail was cared for. Delicious food and magical atmosphere. Really, congratulations once again.

Lovely experience

The winery is a simple collective with a very kind man Maurizio who gave us a nice tour and explained everything. This is a homey place not elegant or extravagant but makes for a nice afternoon in a simple way. The wine was good, the accompanying treats nice and I am glad we went.

Grazie di cuore. L'edificio fu costruito dalla Cooperativa Val di Fiastra poi io e la mia famiglia abbiamo continuato questa esperienza che dura ormai da 52 anni!!! Sono molto contento che vi siete trovati bene.

Special evening, sunset among the vines, seven different wines paired with good food.
