Cantine Colle Petrito
About the Winery
The Colle Petrito Winery was founded in 2005 with a clear goal: to enhance a land naturally suited to viticulture. Located near Minervino Murge, an authentic village of Imperial Puglia, the family-run estate is led by Antonio Bellini and his family.
The Apulian winery is set in an extraordinary landscape: hills, karst caves, and ravines coexist harmoniously with historic farmhouses, dry-stone walls, and jazzi, silent witnesses of a rural past. The climate is typically Mediterranean, characterized by hot, dry summers and mild winters, while the soils—clayey, tuffaceous, and calcareous—give the wines personality and complexity. Just a short distance away are places of great charm such as the Cave of St. Michael the Archangel and the iconic Castel del Monte, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The current managing director is Serena Bellini, a woman in wine, who carries forward the family project with passion and vision, combining tradition and innovation in full respect of the land.
