We had a tour around the company , starting at admiring Barone ( one of the big horses ever seen) untill the bottling area . It was very intresting !
We had the tasting of 5 wines and some of them were extraordinary. We even received the opened bottles to take home .
I can recommend this wine tasting ! If you use google maps , check the address very well to get there .

Risveglio sensoriale
Con il suo savoir-faire ci ha accompagnati in una deliziosa " passeggiata dei sensi" che ci ha arricchiti interiormente.
Ottimi vini, abbiamo acquistato parecchie bottiglie da poter condividere o regalare agli amici. Consigliatissimo!!!
Avrei gradito poter assaporare prepazioni culinarie tipiche pugliesi da poter abbinare
ai vini proposti nella degustazione.

About Winery and Wines
Cantine Risveglio is a cooperative winery founded in 1958 by a group of winemakers from Brindisi, driven by a desire to strengthen their presence in the national market. Initially led by environmentalist Dr. Antonio Di Giulio, the cooperative’s growth was fueled by a focus on collective enterprise, transforming grapes in a small facility. In 1964, a new winemaking structure was inaugurated, which remains operational today. Over time, the winery became a cornerstone for Brindisi viticulture, reaching significant production levels in the 1980s with over 150,000 quintals of grapes annually.
Following Di Giulio’s leadership, Dr. Fortunato Paloscia modernized the cooperative’s equipment and techniques, elevating its capabilities in fermentation and vinification. In 1996, Giovanni Di Giulio, the founder’s grandson, took over until 2006, followed by agronomist Giovanni Nardelli, further enhancing the cooperative’s reputation. Today, Cantine Risveglio continues to thrive, upholding the traditions and values established by its founders, with a focus on technological innovation and quality in Brindisi’s winemaking sector.
Cantine Risveglio invites you to explore the distinctive flavors of Puglia’s wines during a guided tasting in Brindisi.
