Réparer la route pour se rendre à votre site. Prévoir du personnel suffisant pour accueillir tous les groupes qui seront en même temps.

Magnifica esperienza
Casanuova e la sua location parlavano già da sole, natura Vigne, tipico casale toscano, in una soleggiata mattina di primavera.
Era solo l'inizio.
Siamo stati accolti da personale qualificato e pieno di passione che non ha risparmiato nulla per regalarci un'esperienza di massima qualità; proprio come i suoi vini.
Durante la suggestiva passeggiata nel vigneto, Simone ci ha raccontato la storia della cantina, delle sue vigne e del terreno che le ospita,
Abbiamo proseguito nella Cantina.
I profumi delle botti e dei vini ci hanno accolti e abbracciati durante tutta le descrizione del procedimento di lavorazione per arrivare ad un ottenere sua maestà il Brunello.
In conclusione, nell'accogliente sala del casale, arredata con cura e tradizione Toscana, abbiamo degustato ( accompagnati dalle spiegazioni )i vini previsti dalla degustazione.
Pace, tranquillità, accoglienza e passione , cosi mi sento di concludere.

Una piacevole scoperta
Siamo arrivati alla cantina alle 16, dove siamo stati accolti da Cristina. La visita tra le vigne e in cantina è stata molto piacevole: semplice da seguire anche per chi non è un intenditore e ricca di curiosità interessanti.
Le parole di Cristina, che hanno accompagnato l’assaggio, sono state preziose e utili per comprendere a fondo questi ottimi vini.
Sicuramente un’esperienza che ci sentiamo di consigliare!

About Winery and Wines
Casanuova delle Cerbaie began its wine production in the early 1980s, thanks to the great passion and love for vines of a lady of German origin. In 2008 the estate was purchased by an influential New Yorker who has always been passionate about Tuscany, Montalcino and its great wines. The splendid location and the excellent wine produced proved to be a winning combination and immediately gave rise to this new and fascinating experience. Right from the start, significant investments were made and great innovative improvements were made to produce a wine of high quality and infinite elegance.
Located just below the town of Montalcino in the northern sector of the region, the vineyards of Casanuova delle Cerbaie are situated at an altitude of 250 to 350 meters above sea level, on land dating back to the Eocene period of the Cenozoic era, characterized by calcareous, marly, clayey and conglomerate rocks. Their predominantly southwestern exposure allows them to receive the best sunlight throughout the day. The vineyards also grow on the prestigious hill of Montosoli and continue to extend to the foot of the hill on which Montalcino stands. The nature of the soil and its enviable position makes it possible to obtain results of excellent quality, enriching the Brunello produced in this area with a particular variety of fragrances. To date, the estate has 15 hectares of land, of which about 10 are Sangiovese vineyards, 2 are olive groves, and 3 are woods and arable land.
