A story of passion that has origins in the late 1800s. A family tradition that has handed down the art of making wine reaching to today, its fifth generation. "The Art of Making Gavi" is the motto of the company that, proudly, has specialized in the vinification of only one grape, Cortese. A blend of ancient and noble origin, autochtonous of the area of Gavi, where the boutique winery is located. Our mission has always been to keep a good balance between tradition and innovation, this allow us to constantly make an old and noble grape as Cortese is, current. Our desire is to give the opportunity to everybody to appreciate all the potentiality and shades of a single blend that, thanks to conyinous research, development and care during the vinification process, can give life to completely different wines. The objective is to give continuity to past projects by to navigate along the routes of wine excellence with great prospects for growth and evolution. 

The choice of making wines only and entirely from 100% Cortese grape wants to express the deep bond with the territory. All the labels embody the soul of Gavi, telling a story that allow us to discover all the potential variations of Cortese grape. Our production is composed by nine different labels, each is different from other, with its own character and personality but, together, share an authentic and autochtonous bond. Freshness, minerality and sapidity represent a file rouge that makes them unique in their diversity.
