Cave Bridy's Vineyard: Exceptional Terroir, a Passion. Nestled in the heart of central Valais, our vineyard stretches from Chamoson to Corin, winding through landscapes sculpted by the Rhône River and the surrounding mountains. Here, each plot tells a story, each bunch of grapes expresses the richness of a terroir shaped by the elements and enhanced by our expertise. 

Precision work, in harmony with nature. Proud of our environmentally conscious viticulture, we cultivate our vines on terraces, with 80% of the work done by hand, including manual harvesting and permanent ground cover. From winter pruning to harvest, we walk through each row to anticipate the vine's needs, ensuring its natural balance is preserved.

A strong commitment to biodiversity. Our estate is proud to be a member of agri-environmental networks, promoting coexistence between vineyards and local wildlife. We recreate natural areas that are beneficial to pollinators, birds, and the emblematic flora of our region, thus ensuring a sustainable balance between agriculture and nature.

Organic wines from Valais: straightforward, precise, and authentic.

Each wine from Cave Bridy is born on the slopes of Savièse, nestled between sun and mountain. The vines, cultivated according to the principles of organic viticulture, express their full potential here: a natural balance between power and finesse. In the cellar, the work continues with patience and exacting standards:
no artifice, minimal intervention, and total respect for the grapes and the vintage.

The whites: Luminous, vibrant wines with a pronounced minerality. Chasselas, Petite Arvine, Heida… each tells the story of a different facet of Valais.

The reds: Wines of character, honest and profound. Pinot Noir, Gamay, Cornalin – grape varieties of altitude and emotion.

The special cuvées: Organic blends, micro-vinifications, limited editions – the pleasure of controlled experimentation.
