Château des trois sautets
About the Winery
Château des Trois Sautets is a family-run estate nestled in the prestigious Palette appellation, near Aix-en-Provence. Created by the Chaullier brothers, the winery also incorporates goat farming, producing organic Brousse du Rôve AOP cheese. With a strong commitment to sustainability, the estate practices viti-pastoralism, where goats graze the vineyards in winter, contributing natural fertilizer. The estate’s eco-friendly approach is seen in its 99% recyclable bottles and natural corks, making it a perfect destination for eco-conscious travelers seeking both exceptional wines and cheeses.
About the Wines

Their white wine boasts complex and elegant aromas, while the gastronomic rosé impresses with fresh notes of raspberry and strawberry, and a structured palate with a hint of vanilla and toasted oak. Sustainability is at the core of their production, with minimal environmental impact in packaging and cultivation. These wines reflect the unique terroir of the Palette appellation, delivering a harmonious balance of flavors and eco-conscious craftsmanship.

A Passion for Wine and Cheese
The history of the cheesemaking and the wine was conveyed very vividly and interestingly by Morgane.
The cheese and wine tasting was the finale and everything tasted excellent.
Thanks for the lovely afternoon.
If you don't come with your own car, you should tell the taxi in advance that the access road to the winery is very difficult to drive on. We had no problems, we were there with our own car, but some guests came with an Uber and it wouldn't drive up and left the guests to walk the rather arduous path on foot.
