Colle del Bricco

Colle del Bricco, founded in 2013, is the culmination of my passion for wine and the unique terroir of Oltrepò Pavese. Originally, my family cultivated 3 hectares of vineyards as a hobby, selling the grapes, but I decided to transform that small plot into a working winery. Today, I have expanded to 7 hectares, always staying true to my philosophy of "more work in the vineyard and less in the cellar." My goal is to create natural, authentic wines that reflect the vintage and the land, with minimal intervention. I farm organically, allowing the grapes to express their full potential without the use of selected yeasts, filtration, or clarification. Each bottle from Colle del Bricco tells the story of the Oltrepò Pavese, crafted with care and respect for nature.

At Colle del Bricco, our wines are rooted in tradition and crafted with a natural approach that honors the land. Our Khione 2021 is a 100% Riesling Italico, made in steel tanks without selected yeasts, clarification, or filtration. Split-harvested for acidity and body, it’s fresh and fruity. The Borea 2021, named after the cold north wind, is a sparkling ancestral wine, also 100% Riesling Italico, delivering a lively, fruity profile with natural bubbles. Ons 2021 is a unique skin-contact Sauvignon Blanc (orange wine) that abandons typical aromas for more body and depth after 15 days of skin maceration.

For reds, Stafilo 2016 is a 100% Barbera aged in steel for four years to preserve its pure essence, while Makedon 2019 and Agrios 2018 are sparkling and still versions of Croatina, respectively, showcasing the bold, rustic character of Bonarda. Our Ikaros 2021 is a refined Pinot Noir aged for a year in French oak tonneaux, while Kerberos 2019, a Buttafuoco DOC, combines Croatina, Barbera, and Vespolina, creating a bold, tannic blend aged in French oak for two years. Each of our wines is an honest reflection of the Oltrepò Pavese’s unique terroir and winemaking heritage.
