For six generations, the Chabot family has been dedicated to cultivating grapes and crafting wines in the enchanting village of Aiguèze, one of the most picturesque medieval towns in France. In our boutique tasting room, guests can sample a range of locally produced wines that reflect the family's deep-rooted passion and respect for the land. At Domaine Tour Paradis, we produce Côtes du Rhône wines with a deep commitment to traditional methods and local expression. Our reds are crafted primarily from Grenache, blended with Syrah and Mourvèdre for complexity and structure. Rosé wines feature a delicate balance led by Cinsault, while Viognier and Roussanne complement Grenache in our aromatic white blends. Our acclaimed cuvées — such as Cuvée Soleil, Cuvée Grand Soleil, Plaisir Rosé, Cuvée Gourmande, Cuvée Emotion, and Cuvée Passion — are regularly recognized at the International Wine Competition in Lyon. Each vintage captures the warmth of the Rhône and the spirit of Aiguèze in every sip.
