About Winery and Wines
Living in the farm surrounded by our fields, vineyards and olives trees, we do our job with passion using low impact farming method to save the land and environment where our kids grow. We produce white Doc and red IGT wines made with Sangiovese and other Tuscan not common and ancient grapes such as Pugnitello and Fogliatonda and Grechetto. We also love to do experiment with non local grapes (Semillon, Incrocio Manzoni, Gewurtraminer, Nero D’avola etc..) but we mainly focus our passion into our local grapes. We produce our wines doing a selection of the best grapes of our 35 hectars of vineyards. All our wines got prices and good evaluation from different wine guides and magazines including Slow Wine, Gambero Rosso and Wine Spectator.
We grow our vineyards using low impact farming method and we take care of the vines all over the year to harvest the best grapes for our wines. In our vineyards we grow traditional Tuscan vines such as Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Malvasia and Grechetto and Tuscan ancient and rare vines Foglia Tonda and Pugnitello. We grow also international varieties such as Cabernet S., Merlot, Nero d’Avola, Manzoni Bianco, Semillon, Traminer. We produce around 35.000 bottles year and 8 different labels: 1 white, 1 rosé, 6 red, 2 dessert wines, doing a selection of the best grapes of our vineyards. We love make wines with original Tuscan grapes but we also love to enjoy verifing the potential of different type of other grapes variety.
