About Winery and Wines

La Botega di Carilius was born from the wine label Carilius Wines, conceived and created by the creative mind of the owner: Raffaella Cimadomo, a wine lover and adopted Valpolicella. Raffaella wants to bring to this world excellent quality, able to combine tradition and contemporaneity and to communicate through a simple, young and new language. Inside La Botega it will be possible to discover not only Carilius Wines in their uniqueness, thanks to the different types of tastings offered in the store, but also many other projects related to the label, for exemple: Unboxing Italy. The latter represents the desire for customers to take with them not only a product but a real experience of the territory. The idea stems from Carilius Wines, which are made the protagonists of recipes that, together with the other components in the creative and unique boxes, can be created at home: a fun experience and a possible moment of sharing. In addition to product sales and tasting activities, La Botega also wants to be a place to relax, where you can experience a sunset aperitif surrounded by the beauty of ancient stone, immersed in Valpolicella.

Carilius Wines are born in the historic wine-growing area of Valpolicella: it is the extraordinary rows of Corvina Veronese, Corvinone and Rondinella that are the mainstay, historic and precious grapes characterized by great adaptability and good vigor that gives its best results in poor soils of 
alluvial origin with clay-limestone composition, which give our wines the typical red color, intense and elegant, but also the typical hints of cherry and jam.

The proposed wines are: Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Amarone, Amarone Riserva, Ripasso, Corvina, Soave, Prosecco and Rosé Extra Dry,
