Silvia made us feel so welcome right...

Silvia made us feel so welcome right from our arrival. She showed us all around the wine cellars and the barrels and then gave us the best wine tasting experience we could have wished for. I would definitely recommend a visit to Le Bignele. Silvia also gave us a dinner recommendation which was great, and we found a great dish to accompany their Amorne wine. Thanks so much.

Degustazione di 7 vini eccellenti e qualità.
Purtroppo ( o per fortuna) quando cerco una degustazione ricerco un esperienza e la calma del potersela godere.

Siamo stati accolti in modo frettoloso, con spiegazioni che cercavano di essere rapide e senza ulteriori domande.

Alla fine del breve tour siamo andati in sala degustazione dove non abbiamo nemmeno avuto il tempo di finire il vino che veniva spiegato che subito veniva servito il vino successivo.

Al termine dell’ultimo vino abbiamo avuto il countdown dicendo che avremo dovuto abbandonare la sala per il turno successivo.

Onestamente essere trattato con cosí tanta fretta non mi ha fatto godere l’esperienza che poteva essere assolutamente perfetta.

Esperienza unica, in un posto davvero bellissimo con una vista spettacolare abbiamo fatto quest'esperienza che stata pensata nei minimi dettagli per noi è stato tutto perfetto. Il percorso con la spiegazione, l'assaggio dei vini davvero buonissimi spiegati perfettamente e abbinati per ogni calice ad un salume formaggio.
Tutta la giornata è stata indeminticabile e vi ringraziamo tanto

È stata una scelta al buio, ma la più riuscita. Una cantina a conduzione familiare, piccola ma accogliente come lo può essere una famiglia. La spiegazione dei vini e del territorio è stata molto accurata e i vini molto buoni. Ovviamente va a gusto. Ma le sensazioni spiegate in anticipo e l'abbinamento delle pietanze preparano il palato all'assaggio e questo rende tutto più capibile anche alla persona meno esperta. Sicuramente un'esperienza positiva.

Vino davvero buoni e spiegazione dettagliata ed esauriente.
Anche gli assaggini sono molto buoni e accompagnano molto bene la Degustazione.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

About Winery and Wines

The history of winery Aldrighetti begins in 1818 with the purchase of some lots around the locality “Bignele”, a place surounded by the nature of the classic Valpolicella hills, near a then small country village called Valgatara (which is now an outlying suburb hamlet of Marano di Valpolicella). From time our family has been of paesant traditions and has tilled the land with passion and devotion for years. Our winary strechs on a hilly land, with 8 hectars of vineyards, located at about 300 meters above sea level, and is runned by the two brothers Luigi and Angelo Aldrighetti together with their children Nicola and Silvia. To keep up with our traditions, our firm is still a family-run business, where work is overseen exclusively by the members of our family; for this reason in our winery everyone performs different duties according to the needs of the period, trying, nevertheless, to do the works that mostly thrills her/him: Angelo is dedicated to the care of the vineyards and of the land, in particular by supervising each grapevine’s phase, whereas in the cellar his brother Luigi takes care of the wine pouring from one cask to another, and he verifyes both the wine level inside the different barrels and makes sure that each type of wine exceeds the most discriminating tastes. Besides the work in the vineyard and in the cellar, Nicola is engaged in the bottling and labelling of each bottle, whilst Silvia is in charge of the commercial and administrative part. In short, everyone has got one’s share of work, but during the most demanding part of the year, the grape-harvest time, we are all joined together in order to offer the best of experience, tradition and technic in the production of Classic Valpolicella wines.
