Located just 20 minutes from Barolo, in the hills of Cissone at an altitude of 650 meters, the estate enjoys ideal conditions for creating exceptional sparkling wines. The high elevation and cool mountain climate allow the grapes to ripen slowly, resulting in wines that balance freshness with softness. Alta Langa may be less known than its neighboring Langhe regions, famous for Barolo and Barbaresco, but it shares the same extraordinary terroir, making it perfect for producing world-class sparkling wines. At Marin Falcone, tradition and patience are key—we allow our wines to age for at least 40 months on the lees before release, ensuring depth, complexity, and elegance. Every bottle represents our commitment to quality and our passion for showcasing the hidden potential of Alta Langa.

Marin Falcone Winery specializes exclusively in Metodo Classico sparkling wines, crafted from Chardonnay grapes and aged for a minimum of four years. These wines, vinified in both steel and barrique, feature a rich straw yellow color with brilliant golden reflections. The bouquet is intense and layered, offering aromas of white flowers, citrus, brioche bread, toasted almonds, and subtle spices. On the palate, the wines are lively, with a burst of freshness that evolves into a rich and complex center. The finish is long, fresh, and persistent, with delicate notes of sweet almond.
