Founded in the heart of Małopolska, just a short drive from Kraków, the vineyard draws inspiration from both tradition and innovation, crafting wines that reflect the unique character of the local terroir.

Our journey began with a simple dream – to create authentic Polish wines that express the beauty and potential of this land. Step by step, we turned that dream into reality, planting the first vines, learning from every harvest, and refining our craft with care and patience. Today, our vineyard spans several plots planted with resilient varieties such as Johanniter, Souvignier Gris, Seyval Blanc, and Muscaris, producing wines that are fresh, aromatic, and full of personality.

Behind Winnica NOVI is a small, dedicated team of people who believe that wine is not just a product – it is a way of connecting people, nature, and culture. Every bottle we create tells a story of the soil, the sun, and the seasons, but also of human hands, emotions, and ideas. Our wines – from the crisp white Muscaris del Sol to the lively Primiciano Frizzante Rosé – are crafted with precision and heart. They are best enjoyed where they are born – at our vineyard, surrounded by limestone hills, old forests, and the timeless charm of the Polish countryside.

Our vineyard is planted with carefully selected varieties perfectly suited to the Polish climate, including Johanniter, Souvignier Gris, Seyval Blanc, and Muscaris. These grapes allow us to create elegant, expressive wines that combine freshness, minerality, and aromatic complexity.

Our white wines are bright, crisp, and full of energy — often showing notes of citrus, white flowers, and ripe orchard fruits. They reflect the limestone-rich soils of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland and the cool nights that preserve their delicate aromas.

Our rosé wines, such as the lively Primiciano Frizzante Rosé, bring a sense of joy and spontaneity — light, sparkling, and perfect for sharing. Their delicate fruit character and natural sparkle make them a symbol of the warm, welcoming spirit of our vineyard.
