About Winery and Wines
The Panizzari farm was born at the end of the 19th century from the ancient peasant tradition that it has been able to pass on. Over the years we have strengthened our production with qualified research and a notable development of our vineyards, following rigorously artisanal processing methods which, combined with technology, determine the high quality of our products.
The company consists of a total area of about 40 hectares, of which 37 are planted with vineyards. All our plots fall under the D.O.C. and territorial PGIs. We cultivate our grapes following the principles of low environmental impact agriculture, a regional measure in which the company is recognized.
