Paolo and Noemia d’Amico produce a range of 7 exceptional organic wines, predominantly using French grape varieties that take on a new dimension due to the unique volcanic soil of the Calanchi Valley. The estate’s wines are aged to the sound of classical music in a cellar carved into tufo rock, designed by world-renowned architect Luca Brasini.
