Ho notato la grande passione che la famiglia Pasini, compresi i Suoi dipendenti, profonde nel portare avanti un meraviglioso lavoro iniziato nel XX secolo dal fondatore della omonima cantina.
Tradizione ed innovazione, coniugati in maniera esemplare, complimenti.
Tutto quanto raccontato con professionalità e passione da Erika, dipendente "storica" stagionale della Cantina, che ha avuto la notevole capacità di attrarre l'attenzione così da rendere leggere e comprensibili anche le nozioni tecniche durante le 2 ore circa di visita.
Unica annotazione meno positiva è stato il comunicarmi poco tempo prima dell'inizio della visita che questa sarebbe stata raccontata in lingua inglese anziché in italiano; tuttavia, Erika e la proprietaria si sono subito rese disponibili, al bisogno, a tradurre quanto non compreso.
Visita certamente consigliata!

Lugana is the land, Turbiana is the grape, Lugana is the wine, white, vital, and long-lived, fruit of the clay soil south of the great lake. Our vineyards are located in Desenzano del Garda and Peschiera del Garda. We produce 3 different Lugana wines: a classic Lugana, a Lugana Riserva, and a sparkling Lugana Traditional Method.

Valtènesi is the Mediterranean at the foot of the Alps, exposed to the rising sun, tempered by the waters of the lake, which welcomes the Groppello grape, fragile and precious, to produce rosé and red wines of rare elegance. Pasini San Giovanni's vineyards are located in Raffa di Puegnago and Picedo di Polpenazze. Together with Groppello, our native grape variety, we also grow Sangiovese, Barbera, and Marzemino.
