About the Winery
Quinta do Paral resumes its history when, in 2017, entrepreneur Dieter Morszeck acquired 85 hectares of land in the Alentejo.
Redesigned in collaboration with winemaker Luís Morgado Leão, the focus of the estate is on environmental sustainability and respect for the Alentejo culture and tradition.
The Quinta do Paral project is motivated by the preservation of the wine culture of Alentejo and Vidigueira. Here, unique wines and excellent olive oils are produced. Saboreiam-se as tradições alentejanas num restaurante de eleição e repousa-se num hotel de charme com 22 quartos.

Quinta do Paral produces a diverse range of wines, categorized into several collections:
Clássico (Classic) – Traditional, approachable wines made from high-quality grape varieties. Ideal for immediate enjoyment and everyday moments.
Superior – produced from carefully selected harvests, these wines reflect unique quality and personality, representing the estate's highest standards.
Reserva (Reserve) – Wines with an international profile, known for their excellent aging potential. These showcase structure, balance, and refinement.
Vinhas Velhas (Old Vines) – Complex and refined wines, expressing the full soul of the Alentejo region. Crafted from vines over 50 years old, they offer depth, elegance, and distinctive character.
