Mission mission The young company AGRICOLA DEL SOLE has been created to reach valuable goals: bring the past splendor of olive fields, which spread out over the native, active center of Bari and its Northern neighborhood, beyond regional and national borders; to make people taste the strong flavor of local wines; to show the value of the Apulia agricultural and food industry; to promote the importance of technological innovation in accordance with traditional cultivation technologies;to make people appreciate primitive and genuine flavors; to create new job opportunities for many young and motivated people, preventing them to “flee” abroad. AGRICOLA DEL SOLE has its own story: it is a story of growing, developing, renewing itself, thanks to the strong relationship to its land; it is a story of believing that the products of its own land cannot be confused with nameless industrial goods; it is the story of a true and idyllic life, spent in fields by men and women who, at the end of the day are exhausted, yet satisfied with the fruits of a grateful land; it is the story of lucky people who have had the blessing of experiencing tastes, flavors and emotions of their own land.

This is the scenery where AGRICOLA DEL SOLE vineyards are situated: a land constantly kissed by the sunlight and crossed by experienced foot and sages minds because they are respectful of the territory and its needs. AGRICOLA DEL SOLE vineyards are disposed in rows and they are followed in every different seasonal stage, with all the attentions of those people who are growing their own creature. Placed on not very fertile land, but caressed by warm temperatures typical of temperate climate, the vineyards are pruned annually, during the natural dormancy, to ensure optimal production both in quality and quantity.
