About Winery and Wines

Terradonnà winery finds itself in the territory of the DOCG Suvereto. Within its land, for the last 60 years, the owners of the estate have been producing wine and olive oil according to their family traditions. Thanks to this experience, Terradonnà has achieved high-quality standards in the 21st century, gaining recognition both in the national and international wine scene. Innovation and technology marry a traditional wine-making system at Terradonnà, where wine production is based on respect for nature’s rhythms.

In Suvereto, the cultivation of vines and olive trees dates back to the 19th century and continues to this day with great quality results. Its first DOC recognition dates back to 1990 with Val Di Cornia, while in 2011 the territory gained two additional appellations, DOCG Suvereto and DOCG Rosso della Val di Cornia. Terradonnà presented its first wine, Okenio, in 2002. Today the winery boasts 9 labels with very different wines, each expressing a particular characteristic of this territory.
