About Winery and Wines
Terre D'Aione winery's history is that of our family. For six generations now, the business has been handed down from Carpenito to Carpenito and, today, we still produce excellent wines with great passion and dedication, carefully selecting the finest grapes grown directly in our vineyards. We have had a single objective from day one: to ensure that all the characteristics, beauty and infinite richness of the renowned Tufo territory in Irpinia are present in each of our wines. To do this, we work daily with the utmost dedication, safeguarding our land and vineyards. Combining respect for Irpinia's ancient winemaking tradition with the experience we have gained and the use of the most advanced technologies and techniques, we bring wines of high organoleptic quality and deep territorial identity to your table. Our company has 12 hectares of production of Greco di Tufo docg, present on the tuff hills, close to the sulfur mines. We also follow the production of the grapes we buy in the native localities, for Taurasi Docg, Fiano di Avellino Docg, Falanghina IGT, Aglianico Igt, Rosato IGT and a grappa in Greco di Tufo Docg barrique.
