Originally a dilapidated farm, the estate has been lovingly transformed into a thriving organic farm, while also playing a vital role in preserving the historic Chianina cattle breed, native to the region. The winery, rebuilt within a traditional farmhouse, epitomizes the estate's philosophy: a harmonious blend of tradition, authenticity, quality, and innovation. Here, the winemaking process respects the rich history of the land, employing techniques like amphora fermentation and aging in French oak barrels. Torre Bisenzio’s vineyards span five hectares, complemented by 650 olive trees and extensive gardens, all cultivated with a dedication to biodynamic principles. Each bottle of wine produced here is the result of hand-picked grapes, carefully tended and processed using state-of-the-art technology to ensure the highest quality. The estate’s red and white wines are renowned for their character and depth, offering a true taste of Umbria’s rich terroir.
