Here is what's in store for you

Your experience at Cafaggio, one of the historic wineries in the heart of the Chianti Classico, begins with a welcome from a member of the estate's hospitality team.

The visit starts with a guided walk through the vineyard closest to the tasting room. Here, you will learn about the estate's organic viticulture and the unique characteristics of the Panzano in Chianti terroir. The tour continues inside the winery, moving through the production areas to the 'bottaia' and the 'barrique' cellar, where Cafaggio's wines mature.

The experience concludes with a guided tasting in the spacious tasting room or, in good weather, on the panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards. You will taste four organic red wines, selected from the winery's range. The selection includes:
- Chianti Classico DOCG (100% Sangiovese)
- Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG (100% Sangiovese)
- Basilica Solatio Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG (100% Sangiovese)
- Basilica San Martino Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG (85% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon)
- Basilica del Cortaccio IGT Toscana (100% Cabernet Sauvignon)
- Basilica del Pruneto IGT Toscana (70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc)

The wines are paired with a platter of Tuscan specialties, including local salami, prosciutto crudo, finocchiona, and two different ages of Pecorino cheese produced in Panzano in Chianti.
