Esperienza di degustazione presso opera 02 fantastica.
Location stupenda.
Ci ha seguito Dalila, una ragazza molto esperta e visibilmente innamorata del proprio lavoro.
I vini ci sono piaciuti e ne abbiamo anche acquistati. L'esposizione con cui sono stati proposti e la crescente con prosciutto crudo con cui sono stati accompagnati erano sublimi.
Ci siamo fermati a pranzo presso il loro bistrot.
Cucina del territorio con una leggera rilettura che ha saputo valorizzare il tutto.
Ci torneremo certamente anche per l'esperienza aceto balsamico..
Grazie a voi di winedering che ci avete agevolato la conoscenza.
