Winery tour and wine tasting to discover the tradition of Dieci Prese
Here is what's in store for you
With this wine experience, we at Dieci Prese Winery aim to introduce you to our company, whose origins date back to the early 1800s. Our family has always tried to keep alive the memory of past times, integrating it with the changes of modernity.
Upon arrival, your experience will begin with a walk through the rows of our native vine, Friularo. This will be followed by a visit to our winery, a historic building that has been transformed from a barn to a modern winery, maintaining as much as possible the signs of time and the link between generations. Here we will explain how we vinify Friularo in all its variations, preserving the maximum naturalness and genuineness of the product through careful work in the cellar.
Finally, your wine experience will end with a tasting of three types of Dieci Prese wine: Presette, a sparkling rosé on the lees; Renara, a still and more fruity rosé; and Longhignola, our structured red, made with the ancient technique of governo in the Tuscan way. The wines will be accompanied by a delicious board of local products like cheese and cold cuts.
