Nestled in the hills of Bassano del Grappa, Contrà Soarda invites you to experience the perfect harmony of nature, tradition, and craftsmanship. Our estate is a testament to a rich gastronomic heritage since 1904, where hospitality and culinary excellence come together in our family-run restaurant, Pulierin Enotavola. Our bio-architectural cellar, designed with sustainability at its core, blends tradition and innovation, creating an ideal environment for crafting organic wines that express the unique character of our volcanic soil. Your experience includes a guided estate and cellar tour, followed by a tasting of three carefully selected wines, paired with local cheeses from the Asiago plateau and Grappa mountain, along with our house-cured meats from Rendena bull, raised by us on a natural diet. A bruschetta drizzled with Poméa Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced on our estate, completes this journey of authentic flavors.
The tasting features:
- Shindy Rosé Spumante (Sparkling Wine): a sparkling rosé wine with a delicate pink hue and aromas of raspberries, redcurrants, and wild strawberries. On the palate, it is fresh and straightforward, marked by varietal and fruity notes. The mousse is fine and persistent, enhancing its elegance.
- Soarda Vespaiolo (White Wine): a pale-yellow white wine with vibrant citrus aromas of lemon and grapefruit, enriched by a hint of freshly cut grass. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, sustained by a lively acidity that adds tension and clarity.
- Gaggion Marzemino Nero (Red Wine): a ruby-red wine offering aromas of red berries, subtle spices, and a touch of herbal character. On the palate, it is juicy, approachable, and enjoyable, with a slightly rustic tannin that, while not particularly refined, leaves a pleasantly fresh finish.
