This tour begins among the estate’s vineyards and olive groves, offering insights into the history, philosophy, and winemaking processes of Cava D’Onice. You'll visit the production area and the two cellar rooms where wines are aged.
The experience ends in the panoramic glass room overlooking the hills—or outdoors under the trees, weather permitting—where you'll taste 2 wines from Cava D’Onice (our Rosso di Montalcino D.O.C and our Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G) paired with bruschetta and our Tuscan olive oil. A perfect immersion in Tuscany’s wine and food culture.
