About the Wines

Villa Caviciana’s wines are crafted to offer a journey through the flavors and traditions of our land. Our whites, Valloresia and Rasena, captivate with their fresh and delicately fruity bouquets, perfect for those seeking a light yet elegant experience. For a lively touch, our rosé, Tojena, adds vibrancy to any aperitif with its fragrant and refreshing profile. Our reds, made from the Aleatico grape, bring depth and intensity to the table, offering a rich and persistent taste that lingers. For those seeking a more profound experience, our Reserve wines reveal the volcanic and Mediterranean character of the Lake Bolsena terroir with every sip. Completing our collection is the prized Aleatico di Gradoli passito, a sweet wine that is rare and highly esteemed, embodying the treasure of our winery and the tradition of the region.

Fantastic experience and beautiful place
The experience began with a visit to the villa's cellar with an explanation of their work and the ideals they are following. The tasting was very good and the organizer made us feel at home. The garden with the landscape makes the experience even more beautiful, creating a fantastic atmosphere with the peace and the breathtaking view.

Flavorful
Very surprised by the range of wines offered, which contrast sharply with the wines we drink in France.
The whites and the rosé are fruity and very fresh, the red is very delicate on the palate, we have already ordered our bottles.
Furthermore, the accompaniments of charcuterie and breads are of very high quality.

Amazing experience!
Our tour was very nice and private. We were able to ask questions and no issues with translating from Italian and English. I would highly recommend this experience.
