About Winery and Wines

Nestled at the foot of the Lessini Mountains, the Casarotto winery is surrounded by the scenic beauty of rolling hills that border the famous Soave region. Our story began in 1945 when our great-grandfather, driven by a passion for the land and a deep commitment to vine growing, established the first vinification cellar. Today, Casarotto Winery is proudly managed by Celeste Casarotto and her family, representing the third generation of winemakers dedicated to this legacy. We oversee every step of the production process, from nurturing our vines to the meticulous vinification of our grapes. Our commitment to quality is unwavering, and we combine decades of experience with modern technology to craft exceptional wines that reflect the character and richness of our unique terroir.

At Casarotto Winery, our wines are a true reflection of the land we cherish and cultivate. We grow our grapes following the traditional Veronese method known as "pergola veronese," which is applied to both our white and red grape varieties. Our vineyards are home to an array of local and classic varieties including Garganega, Durella, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Corvina. Each grape is carefully tended to by the Casarotto family, ensuring that our wines embody the essence of the Veronese tradition. From the crisp and vibrant whites to the bold and expressive reds, every bottle produced at Casarotto is a testament to our dedication to quality and our deep connection to the land.
