Víno Hladký
About the Winery
Víno Hladký is a small, family-run winery located in the Malokarpatská wine region of Slovakia, in the heart of Central Europe. From the very beginning, the winery has embraced a philosophy rooted in organic and environmentally friendly farming, focusing on sustainability and innovation. Cultivating just 2 hectares of vineyards, the estate specializes in PIWI (disease-resistant) grape varieties, reducing the need for chemical treatments and allowing nature to take the lead. With a production of around 15,000 bottles per year, Víno Hladký represents a modern approach to winemaking—where respect for the environment, minimal intervention, and authenticity define every step of the process.
About the Wines
At Víno Hladký, all wines are crafted exclusively from organically grown estate grapes, following a strict low-intervention philosophy. The winery works with innovative PIWI varieties such as Solaris, Vesna, Savilon, Laurot, Regent, Cabernet Cortis, and Cabernet Jura, creating natural wines that are both expressive and sustainable. In the cellar, the approach is simple: no unnecessary manipulation, no additives, and minimal sulphur, allowing the true character of each grape and vintage to shine through. The result is a collection of pure, vibrant, and modern natural wines, reflecting both the unique terroir of the Malokarpatská region and the forward-thinking spirit of the winery.
