About Winery and Wines

Consisting of small concrete warehouses with capacities ranging between 39 (858 gallons) and 390 hectoliters (8580 gallons), the total volume reaches the figure of 12,000 hectoliters (264000 gallons). Approximately 1500 hectoliters (33000 gallons) of wine are produced as an average annual using ecological grapes from vineyards that are the property of the Cambronero Family. We have adopted the wine-making process to the characteristics of the grape so as to emphasise the peculiarities that our system of cultivation gives it, and to heighten the peculiarities proper to our grapes to the maximum, in order to obtain the best that they have to offer. We avail of extraction equipment that we have designed ourselves, which provoke high extraction at the beginning of fermentation. This enables us to shorten macerations and obtain more balanced wines.

The family farm consists of 43 hectares of vineyards cultivated with the Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Tempranillo and Alicante Bouschet varieties, in accordance with the methods of organic farming.
