Winnica 55-100 was founded by young winemakers Tomasz and Doriana, whose inspiration came from travels and encounters with winemakers around the world. Their goal was to create an open and approachable place where wine is not about exclusivity, but about joy, aroma, and shared experiences.

This philosophy quickly brought recognition. The debut vintage was already awarded in 2019 at wine competitions in Jasło, Kraków, Poznań, and Wrocław. Since then, the winery’s wines have regularly received medals in Poland and across Europe, making 55-100 one of the most highly regarded young wineries in the region.

Visitors appreciate the winery for its beautiful vineyard location, friendly and informal atmosphere, and the opportunity to learn about wine in an accessible and engaging way.
