Our vineyard has operated in harmony with nature since day one. We are EU certified for organic farming, but we go further – we use biodynamic elements that enhance the vineyard's vitality.

After each nutrient application, we repopulate the soil with microbial life, restoring its natural life. We compost everything we can and sow cover crops between the rows, which then enrich the soil. Mulching protects the soil, just like in a forest.

We use only natural protective agents and energy from renewable sources. Our approach is not just about chemical-free cultivation—it's a philosophy where every step of production is crucial to the quality of the final product.

The result? Healthy plants, diversity in the vineyard, and soil teeming with life. Each bottle is the result of 20 steps of caring for nature – from microbial colonization to renewable energy sources. Our wines reflect this exceptional care – authentic, premium, and born from respect for the rhythms of nature.

Winnica Płochockich covers 7 hectares, where we cultivate 20 grape varieties. Among the varieties, we can distinguish Vitis Vinifera varieties such as Riesling, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Zweigelt, Traminer, Muscat, St. Laurent, Sauvignon Blanc, as well as the resistant varieties Hibernal Solaris, Johanniter, and Muscaris.

Each year, we produce more than a dozen wines. These include white, rosé, red, and amber/orange wines. The wines we produce, in stainless steel tanks, are made from fresh fruit and then aged in oak and acacia barrels. Among these, the amber/orange wine, produced in Qvevri, Georgia, stands out.
