Winzerfamilie Pfalz

Winzerfamilie Pfalz is a nature-loving, sustainable winery that has been family-owned since 1610 and is currently in the process of converting to organic farming. In the vineyard, the winery promotes biodiversity and species diversity, particularly through species-rich greenings, the construction of deadwood piles, stone piles, insect hotels, birdhouses, and the planting of trees and shrubs. Gentle pruning, breaking of shoots and grapes, careful hand-picking, careful processing in the cellar, and extended aging on the lees make our wines storeable and animating. Tradition meets innovation.

In our wide range, there's something to suit every palate...

With the "Trinkfluss" line, we offer light, fresh rosé and white wines with pleasant varietal character, and with the Cuvée Stefan, a fruity red wine with a smooth flow. The wines in the "Selektion" line are more full-bodied, but still have a moderate alcohol content. These wines get a lot of time to mature. The "Tradition" line consists of Markus's very natural, purist wines, which are bottled unfined and unfiltered after long storage time. These wines are also aged in bottles for several months before sale.

Our range is rounded out by sweet wine, sparkling wine, grape juice, verjus, and red wine liqueur.
