Here is what's in store for you

At the Augustali Farm, among the fertile hills of Frederick II of Swabia, Finella and Vincenzo cultivate emotions! They are waiting for you to share the rhythms, scents and flavors of the Sicilian countryside.

Your visit to the Augustali Farm begins with a pleasant walk through the rows of the Frederick II vineyard: here the fertility of the red and sandy soils, the good exposure of the vines, and the gently hilly altitude already anticipate the quality of the wines we are going to taste. As we make our way to the area dedicated to winemaking, passing through the bottling area, we'll reach the red wine aging room, among barrels and barriques.

The experience will be completed with a tasting of 3 wines, chosen among our monovarietals that evoke all the warmth of the Mediterranean. We will prepare for you a tasty platter with 5 Sicilian gastronomic specialties, homemade bread with extra virgin olive oil, delicious jams, and organic honey.

We are happy to welcome you to our organic farm and put at your disposal all the green spaces: the vast lawn, the small Mediterranean garden dedicated to aromatic plants, the avenue of centuries-old olive trees, the bio citrus grove, and the animal area.

Wine tasting and pizza making

Our experience was beautiful. Beatriz was so friendly and helpful, she made it an insightful and relaxed tour. The production area is state of the art for a small vineyard yet there is still such a charm as soon as you walk in.

I recommend this to anyone who is visiting Sicily!!

Beautiful Winery, Delicious Lunch!

The winery itself is absolutely stunning. We had a beautiful lunch on the terrace, and the wine was abundant and delicious! The staff and owners were wonderfully friendly, and so knowledgeable. They have obviously poured a lot of love into the winery. We couldn’t recommend this enough!

The visit to this farm was absolutely wonderful. Very beautiful setting and very nice staff. The owner was lovely and showed us around extra and let us taste the wines in the making. Then we made pizza with a pizza chef which was very much fun. Very good wines as well. Recommend you to visit this!

Ottima esperienza, abbiamo scelto l'opzione del tour con picnic..tutto perfetto..dalla visita guidata al cibo incluso nel picnic. La location è davvero bella con tanti animali e la possibilità di visitarla in pieno. Super consigliato!

Ottima esperienza!!
La biofattoria è molto grande e bella, curata nei dettagli e ricca di attrattive interessanti per grandi e piccini.
La proprietaria (credo) ci ha fatto fare il giro del vigneto e della cantina, spiegandoci tutto con precisione e rispondendo a tutte le nostre curiosità. Abbiamo assaggiato 2 vini dalle botti e 2 al tavolo, accompagnati da un delizioso tagliere di salumi e formaggi. I bicchieri di vino sono stati abbondanti e la qualità davvero buona. Personale cortese e disponibile, posto meraviglioso. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottima.
