Guided Tour and Tasting at a Family-run Organic Vineyard – Winnica Plochockich

During the tourist season, Winnica Płochockich opens its vineyards and cellar to wine tourists every Saturday.

The experience begins with a walk along the southern slopes of the estate's vineyard, where guests are introduced to the history of the estate and its ecological viticulture methods. The tour then continues to the winery, offering insight into the winemaking process, from harvest and fermentation to bottling and aging. During the cellar visit, you can see authentic Georgian qvevri, traditional clay vessels used in the production of one of the wines.

The experience concludes with a guided tasting of six organic wines, accompanied by a platter of local cheeses and cold cuts, offering a perfect introduction to the character and philosophy of Winnica Płochockich.
